Acting Centre Manager - Anna
Anna joined the Guardian team nearly five years ago and since then Anna has enjoyed a range of roles such as a room Assistant, Diploma Qualified Room Leader, Assistant Centre Manager and now experience as a Centre Manager.
Anna is a mother of one and prides herself of professional working relations and high quality educational outcomes for all children in our care.
Assistant Centre Manager - Leanne
Leanne joined the team at Paradise Kids in July 2011 as the Assistant Centre Manager. Leanne has a wealth of knowledge and experience which she will bring to our wonderful centre.
Leanne has been in early childhood for over ten years and also holds a Diploma of Children Services. Leanne prides herself on presenting herself as a role model and support person for her colleagues and families.
Nursery - Little Lady Bug Room
6 weeks - 12 months
Our babies rooms is for our children aged from 6 weeks to approximately 12 months. The staff in our nursery room follow each child's individual routine and the staff provide a safe and positive, nurturing environment for the babies to explore and develop in all areas. With orientation prior to starting, both babies and parents are able to build a positive bond with staff. Daily communication books are provided to parents to assist in knowing about their child's day. During your child's day staff promote the development of skills and interact with your child helping them to explore and learn. Our program provides for both indoor and outdoor activities throughout the day.

Junior Toddlers - Disneyland
12 months - 2 years
The Toddler room is for our children from 12 months to 24 months. With our toddlers eager to experience their independence and mobility, it is full of fun and new experiences. Our toddlers program provides the children with opportunities for gross motor skills to be used in climbing and sandpit activities and outdoor play. We encourage the toddlers to interact with each other and staff assist the children using positive guidance. The daily program gives the children art and craft experiences and opportunities to develop as an individual.
Senior Toddlers - Planetarium Room
2 - 3 years
The Senior Toddler room is for our 2 to 3 year olds. We continue to encourage the children to develop in all areas and build positive relationships with their friends. The senior toddies enjoy creating and taking home their work to proudly share with their family. Messy play and art activities provide them with plenty of opportunities to be creative! The toddies build on their language skills with story times, songs and puppet play. Self help skills are developing and staff encourage the children in this area.
Junior Pre Kinder – Pre Kinder Aquarium
2.5 - 3.5 years
Our program in the Junior Pre Kinder room provides your child with activities and experiences in all areas of development for the 2.5 to 3.5 age group. Building on their social and self help skills, the pre kinders are able to interact with each other in different group sizes and engage in stimulating activities. Our Pre Kinder room provides the children with opportunities to express themselves in role play, art & craft and music and language activities. With activities ranging from individual, small and whole group sizes, the Pre Kinders are able to develop their interactions in a fun and caring environment.
Senior Pre Kinder - Underwater World
3 - 4 years
In the Senior Pre Kinder room we continue to provide children with activities and experiences in all areas of development for the 3 to 4 age group. Building on their social and self help skills, the pre kinders are able to interact with each other in different group sizes and engage in stimulating activities. Our Pre Kinder room provides the children with opportunities to express themselves in role play, art & craft and music and language activities. With activities ranging from individual, small and whole group sizes, the Pre Kinders are able to develop their interactions in a fun and caring environment.
Kindergarten - The Enchanted Garden
4 - 6 years
Our kindergarten teacher in our Kindergarten room provides a stimulating curriculum for the kinders, preparing them for their next milestone of moving into school. This transition is made smooth by ensuring the children are well equipped after building on positive social skills and literacy and numeracy skills. The program focuses on all areas of development - language, social, gross and fine motor skills, and in the cognitive areas. The kindergarten room provides the children with opportunities to express themselves as individuals through role playing, music and sharing their experiences and stories. With a maximum capacity of 30 children, the kinders have a day filled with fun and learning.
