Playmates Early Learning Child Care Centre  Oxley - Philosophy We believe that children learn about themselves and their diverse world through play based and child-initiated experiences. We believe that as carers of young children, it is important to foster the development of the whole child, so they can be confident and eager to learn. It is our belief that every staff member, including management should be valued for their individual abilities, contributions and experience within the child care environment. Their skills and abilities should be fostered, shared and continually extended.
