Maroubra Junction Early Education Centre Philosophy Maroubra Junction Early Education Centre provides an environment which nurtures, cares for, is respectful and has a safe, welcoming homelike environment for all families and children. In relation to our children : Our children are encouraged to use their curiousity, to explore and discover many areas and activities while at our centre.  By using these tools, our children will develop a variety of life skills, which widely ranges from making new friends, becoming confident to pre writing and pre reading.  Our children are gently encouraged to be respectful of themselves, others and their environment.  They develop feelings of high self esteem through praise and respect from staff.  Also through acceptance of who they are regardless of gender, race, beliefs and abilities, our children flourish in all areas of their development.

In relation to our parents : Our centre promotes confidence building at all times, for our families and children by open communication with our qualified staff.  Families are always encouraged to be involved in all activities of the centre, such as programs and other experiences.  We respect the rights, values and opinions of families and the community and encourage their contributions and feedback into our service.  Also, we do incorporate aspects of family life into our centre to promote continuity between home and Centre life.

In relation to our staff : We employ highly trained staff to provide challenging and developmentally appropriate programs to foster your child’s development.  Our caring staff displays genuine love and concern for all children in their care.  We value and reward our employees for their hard work, in order to retain great staff and promote continuity of care for the children.
