We believe that each child should have the opportunity to develop a healthy and positive self-esteem. We believe in providing a balanced and relaxed learning environment where children can play at their own pace and level of development.

Kuluin Early Learning Centre is a family oriented childcare centre, which provides quality child care whilst continuing your child's education in a safe and caring environment. At Kuluin ELC we are aware of, and adapt to, the ever changing needs of our community.

Rowan - Centre Manager

Rowan is a Registered Teacher with over 5 years experience working within Early Childhood Education and School Age Care. She has worked in many areas of Children’s Services including time as an Outside School Hours Care Coordinator, Teacher, and is currently enjoying her position as Centre Manager of Kuluin Early Learning Centre.

Rowan is an enthusiastic and innovative Centre Manager with a passion for providing quality early childhood programs and working with parents, staff and children to create a safe and welcoming environment for children to play and learn together.
