East Ivanhoe  Early Learning  Centre - Philosophy East Ivanhoe Early Learning Centre provides a welcoming, responsive and safe environment. A place in which children and their families feel confident and relaxed and where parents are supported in their endeavours. For many children this will be their first time away from family and they need to feel secure in their new surroundings.
