Centre Management Agreement

You may be operating your own private centre and considering winding back your involvement in day to day operations, you have a company-sponsored centre and are undertaking a management review or you may be a passive investor/licensee seeking a higher ROI; in these cases and many more, Guardian Childcare Alliance has the solution.


A GCA Centre Management Agreement provides complete day-to-day management of your centre from activity program design to human resource selection and management. We ensure initial and annual compliance as well as ongoing audits for OH&S and on-site child welfare. In addition, our online financial reporting and payroll solutions ensure that each centre runs at optimum performance levels.


Our team, systems, processes and infrastructure have been aligned to deliver best-practice childcare whilst giving the flexibility needed to meet the needs of the broad variety of centres that operate across Australia and New Zealand. Our management fees are based on a flat monthly fee or can be performance-based.

Guardian Childcare can provide accounting, cost controls, performance benchmarks and payroll support for your centre utilising our online, best practice systems. Our on time end-of-month reporting can be reviewed on-line or downloaded in a file-friendly format for importing to your accountant's system.
