Child Care Centre Brassall - Philosophy At Brassall Early Childhood Learning Centre we aim to provide a caring environment where staff create a happy engaging atmosphere and interact with children in a warm & friendly way with proactive & positive guidance of their behavioural patterns. We will strive to provide the children in our care with opportunities to develop physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally through their interactions with their peers and the staff.
