Brassall Child Care Centre - Our Centre   Liz - Centre Manager Liz holds an Advanced Diploma in Children Services and has worked in the childcare industry for 12 years .During this time she has had the opportunity to work with all age groups and has held a number of managerial positions. In her current role as Centre Manager of Brassall Early Learning Centre she heads a team of caring and dedicated professionals motivated to providing the highest level of care. At Brassall ELC the programs are child centred and emerge from an intimate knowledge of the children in their care, their families and the surrounding community. The staffs see themselves as learners alongside the children. The environments are aesthetically pleasing, flexible and allow for collaboration and negotiation.   Babies Room 6 weeks - 15 months The nursery at Brassall Early Learning Centre is full of love, cuddles, smiles, laughter and happiness. We endeavour to provide a warm and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere where the babies feel secure and continue to grow and develop at their own rate. We program activities to help each baby reach their milestones and develop their social and emotional skills; fine and gross motor skills; language and listening skills; as well as their cognitive skills. We encourage parent input into the program to help develop and extend on the babies interests. It is important to us that we provide the same loving and caring atmosphere as your baby receives at home when they are in our care at the centre.

Toddler Room

15 months - 2 years

We aim to provide an environment where each child feels safe and secure away from Mum and Dad and where they can freely explore different activities throughout the day. We provide a wide range of fine and gross motor activities as part of our daily program ball games, obstacle courses, puzzles. The children participate in a range of experiences such as music, art activities, storytelling sessions that also enhance their cognitive, language and social skills.

Kindy Blue Room

2 - 3 years

An aim at Brassall Early Learning Centre and in the Kindy Blue Room is to provide a safe caring environment for all children in our care thus extending their creativity, Literacy, Physical, Social and Emotional Development by providing hands on activities and support from the wonderful caring staff. We invite parental participation by encouraging parents to come along and cook, read, and spend time in the Kindy Blue Room.

Kindy Pink Room

3 - 4 years

In the Kindy Pink Room we aim to provide an environment in which the children can learn and develop at their own pace. We endeavour to make our room a home like and inviting place for children to learn. We help the children to develop their social, emotional and cognitive skills with role play, puzzles and group activities. We also use a large range of different activities to develop their fine and gross motor skills such as writing and drawing, painting and outside play. We encourage parent input so we can give your child the best start to life.

Preschool Room

3 - 5 years

We provide a safe and nurturing environment to help develop our children's social and self help skills at their own pace. Children use the Letterland Program which we have on two computers, to enhance Alphabet, Numeracy and Physical Activities. We provide a well balanced and Educational programme to prepare the children for prep and school. We also welcome parents input into our room routines and program so we can ensure your child has the best start in life.
