Shane Burke - Group Financial Controller

Shane has extensive experience in the fields of accounting and financial management, and has also consulted privately to a variety of companies and individuals. He is a Certified Practising Accountant and has an MBA. Prior to joining Guardian, Shane managed the international accounting and legal functions of a leading Australian franchise company.

Shane's role includes financial systems and control, taxation, and the provision of industry-leading financial reporting to clients. Guardian understands the importance of effective management reporting, systems and documentation and is committed to accurate, on-time reporting.

Zoe Johnston - Project Manager, GCA Corporate

Zoe provides project management on the development of new centres and the operational settlement and transition for new centres joining the Guardian group. Zoe brings experience from the airline and corporate child care industries. Most recently Zoe was employed as Operations Manager for a private investor and managed a number of franchise stores and the building of a child care centre.

Linda Bailey - Accountant, GCA Corporate

Linda has responsibility for maintaining Guardian's accounting records and producing monthly client reports. Prior to joining Guardian, Linda was a client reporting supervisor with Peppercorn Management Group, where she supervised the production of accounts and reports for private investors. Linda also spent several years previously working for a large chartered accounting firm, where she was primarily involved in the preparation of client accounts and taxation reports.

Yan Zhang - Bookkeeper, GCA Corporate

Yan's primary role is to process accounting transactions, maintain the accounts payable system, and assist in the production of client reports. Yan brings international experience in accounts and bookkeeping to her position, having worked in both Australia and Hong Kong.  Prior to joining Guardian, Yan lectured in English at Guizhou University, China.
